Accidental Wedding Dress Shopping!
Funny Story! I'd picked out my wedding dress online from a custom maker. And I'd made an appointment locally to go try on different styles to see how I'd like it first. Well I fell in love, again! I ended up leaving the store that day with THE dress!
When you know, you know!

Our Story
We met in the Summer of 2020 at Elk Lake, and the rest is history...
We immediately started going on adventures together and exploring as much of the PNW as we possibly could!
August 20, 2021 we were on our first backpacking trip in rural Oregon, and that first morning as we were enjoying the serenity of our surroundings, Mark popped the question!
(Of course she said YES!)
Fast forward to January 2022, the wedding ring Mark spent a YEAR designing came in the mail, and it fits! It's a gorgeous marquis cut moonstone embedded in rose gold leaves and vines, surround with accent diamonds, and the Tree of Life's roots - representing both of our upbringings in Bend, Oregon. In May of 2022 Mariah presented Mark with his hammered rose gold engagement band - Ironically we're both the same ring size!
We're still in the process of planning the wedding, so follow along if you'd like!
